It's the Doom 3 plasmagun, A pro modeler on sketchfab called Kotbfg made an awesome detailed version of the Original Doom 3 model, so i took it and adapted it to make it printable and that's all. Props to Kotbfg!

Pictures of my print: it looks kind of nice even without post processing, painting and etc.
i used Blender for the model edition and a Prusa i3Mk3 for the printing i also put a couple of led lights and nothing else, it doesn't have sound effects. This isn't a professional prop, just an attempt that i made in my spare time:
